When you think of Santa Barbara, you think of romance wrapped in sunshine, ocean breezes, and timeless architecture, the perfect backdrop for an engagement session.

Chloe and Andrew’s shoot was nothing short of magical, blending elegance and natural beauty at two iconic locations: the Santa Barbara Courthouse and Butterfly Beach.

The Santa Barbara Courthouse – Classic Romance
We began at the historic Santa Barbara Courthouse, where every corner feels like a work of art. Chloe and Andrew wandered through the lush gardens, pausing under towering palm trees and in front of the courthouse’s grand archways.

The soft Spanish-style details and warm terracotta tones framed their love beautifully, adding a timeless charm to each photo.

The light filtered in perfectly through the arches, catching the sparkle in Chloe’s eyes and the way Andrew couldn’t help but smile every time he looked at her. There’s something about the courthouse that feels straight out of a romance film, and these two fit the scene perfectly.

Butterfly Beach – Sunset by the Sea
From the courthouse, we made our way to Butterfly Beach, one of Santa Barbara’s most beloved shorelines. The evening golden hour was pure magic, the sky painting itself in pinks and golds as the waves rolled in gently.

Barefoot in the sand, Chloe and Andrew laughed, danced, and let the breeze tangle their hair. They watched the sun dip behind the horizon, holding hands as if nothing else in the world existed. It was the perfect way to wrap up their session, relaxed, intimate, and full of joy.
